How does it work?
We assess the data source and destination
We begin by identifying where the data is stored, how much space it occupies, the device’s condition, and where you want to transfer it. We also determine whether this is a normal migration or recovery after a failure.
We check drive condition
Before starting, we may check for storage-drive errors, read problems, or signs of deterioration. This is especially important when the device holds information with no other backup.
We define the procedure
If the drive works properly, we can perform the agreed transfer or migration. If errors or signs of damage are present, we first explain the alternatives and level of risk before any operation that could affect the information.
We transfer or recover the data
We use the appropriate procedure based on device condition and the service objective.
We verify the transferred data
Where possible, we check that selected information was copied correctly before completing the service.

Migration to a new computer
If you are replacing your computer, we can help move important files to the new system. This can be combined with Windows setup, hardware installation, or custom-computer preparation. Depending on the project, we can transfer information from the old storage to the new computer and organize it as agreed in advance.
SSD migration
Replacing a traditional hard drive with an SSD can significantly improve responsiveness in many computers. We can assess your system, check compatibility, install the new drive, and transfer necessary information. Where technically appropriate, we can also assess migrating the entire existing system. In other cases, we may recommend a clean Windows installation followed by transferring personal files.
Data recovery
When a drive stops working properly, recovery depends on the type and severity of the failure. We can assess situations such as:

Physically damaged drives
If a drive has severe physical damage, mechanical failures, or internal problems requiring specialized tools and environments, we may determine that the work exceeds conventional recovery. We will explain the situation before continuing and, where appropriate, recommend a specialized data recovery service.
Not all data can be recovered
No responsible recovery service can guarantee recovery of every file. Results depend on the failure type, physical drive condition, time since data loss, subsequent device use, new data overwriting deleted data, and damage to internal components. We therefore assess each case first and avoid expectations that cannot technically be guaranteed.
Important information before service
If you suspect a drive is failing and it contains important information, we recommend minimizing use until it can be assessed. Continuing to write data, reinstall systems, format drives, or repeatedly use a failing device can reduce recovery chances in some cases.
Complex migration projects
Projects involving large volumes of data, business storage, local servers, cloud services, or other specialized infrastructure are assessed individually. Once we understand the scope, we can determine feasibility, estimated time, and a quote.
