Pickup at our operating location may be available for certain orders only with prior TEI-NOLOGY authorization and coordination.

Our operating location is not a public service storefront, so visits and pickups are not accepted without prior confirmation.
When pickup is available, TEI-NOLOGY will provide the instructions needed to arrange it.

Local delivery and on-site service
Local delivery and technical visits within authorized Miami-Dade ZIP codes. Rates include associated travel costs, with no surcharges.
The rate is based on ZIP and covers one round-trip visit. Technical work is charged separately. Collection and delivery on separate visits are two trips.
Free product delivery on eligible orders from $299 after discounts and before tax, or with a product marked as eligible. Always subject to ZIP coverage; technical service travel is not included.

Local delivery and travel rates include associated travel costs. The charge for a completed trip is non-refundable, except for a TEI-NOLOGY error or applicable legal rights. If TEI-NOLOGY cancels or does not make the trip, that charge will be refunded. Service and pickup at our location require a confirmed appointment.
